Bennet, Where Has All The Venice Gone?

It had been about a year since Rai, had been back to America. "I'm nervous..." She leaned into Chris' arm as she stared out the window of the flying plane. He ran his hand threw her hair and asked, "Why my darling?" She sighed, and thought about the year that had flown by. Since her and Chris had moved to Venice because of his world tour and new C.D. Her quality time with Angel and Klemey had dramatically died down to a few FaceBook comments and emails here and there. "What if...It's not the same with us anymore? What if they've changed, or I have?" Chris smiled sweetly, "Everything, is going to be just fine...Trust me." He leaned in and gently kissed her forehead.

"I want that over there and this over here...Jimmy! Put that down! How many times do have to tell you?" Klemey huffed as she sat down. "Here's your milkshake, Miss K." Andrew, her personal assistant handed her a McDonald's cup. "Thanks, and you do know you can just call me Klemey..." She smiled. Klemey mentally started reviewing everything she needed done for work...Tina wants the first draft of the script by Tuesday, Micheal needs the last page of the new comic book, and I need to finish up the last animal in the line of Stuffed Munsters...She sighed, why couldn't I have just stuck with Accounting? Then she smiled, because this is better.

"Honey, can you pass me the butter?" Gio winked at Angel, she smiled back. She had finally managed to get on break from her job as a nursing assistant at the hospital and made it in time to have a lovely little lunch with her husband. "Quite a nice day, right?" GIo asked breaking the silence. Angel nodded then silently sighed on the inside. When was the last time they had had any real fun? It took her awhile, but she nailed it down to the night they had gone to the club. Back when Rai was still here, Klemey had her Landon and Gubler troubles, and when the Love God was still in her life. The Love God...He hadn't crossed her mind for a long time. A very long time.

...To Be Continued...
