What's Done is Done. Chapter Four.

Meanwhile...
Rai rushed through the door and headed down the hall to the right. Landon's room. She practically bust down the door with her heel although she knew it was unlocked. She ran to his large oak bookcase and immediately spotted the big purple and silver book. Rai grabbed the book and jumped on Landon's queen bed. BOOM!

The bed collapsed to the floor and Rai swore. "Damn it, Chris!" She remembered Landon asking for for a new bed because he was having issues with his current one. Rai crawled out from the broken bed to the center of Landon's room. As she was making her way, her phone rang and her finace's voice filled the room.
'So we'll crawl, till we can walk again..."
"NOT funny." Rai said to no one. She whipped out her phone from her bag that happened to still be on her arm.
"What?!" She screamed into it. She finally sat down on the floor and flipped to the table of contents of the book.
"Where are you?! Are you alright?" Chris sounded panicked but Rai didn't really care.
"I've got to fix this dramatic pile of...drama!" Rai turned to
Chapter 7: Reversing the Spell
"Are you looking through that book we caught him with before?" Chris sounded relieved, again, Rai didn't care.
"Yeah," Rai was scanning the page and then stopped.
"Oh... well it says the spell is only reversed when the wanter of love,"
"Landon," Chris cut in to fill in the blank.
"hooks up with a member of the opposite sex,"
"a girl," Chris said.
"Who happens to be in love with someone else."
"Angel!" Chris shouted. "So it's done?!"

Rai stared at the page and then flipped it to see if she was missing something. But she wasn't.
"I guess so," Rai was extremely confused. "Then why was Klemey getting all weird about the situation?"

Chris thought for a moment, "maybe Angel didn't even hook up with LANDON! Maybe his name was BRANDON...?" He suggested hopefully.

"Hmm...you could be right..oh, hold on I have another call." Rai switched over to Klemey's voice. "Hey Rai! Where'd you go?"
"Klemey! Are you feeling better?"
"Uhm yeah, I'm fine. Why?"
"Uh, because you had a complete panic attack 30 minutes ago?"
"Oh! Yeah that. It's over between Landon and I. I saw him 5 minutes ago and the spark was totally gone. POOF!"

Rai tried not to laugh. Klemey had no idea how "POOF!" was the best description for this situation. "Oh, well, I'm glad! Have you talked to Gubler yet today? It'd be great if he and Gio could fly over for the Opera in 2 days!"
Rai got up put the spell book back in it's place.
"Oh yeah! I should totally call him!"

After Klemey hung up, Rai switched back to Chris as she walked towards the living room.
"Alright, the spell has been broken and Klemey is happy!"

"That's good! I was beginning to worry!" Chris had said.
"By the way Chris...Landon needs a new bad ASAP."

"I'm on it." Rai hung up the phone and sad down on the couch. Her cell said it was almost midnight.

The landline rang and Rai jumped up to answer it. "Hello? Brown Residence."

A deep, raspy voice boomed through the receiver, "Ms. Lynn?"
"Yes?" Rai was wondering who knew she lived here sometimes. She felt a little nervous.

"I've finally found you. Meet me at Hotel Giorgiano tomorrow at 6pm. If you don't show up, the authorities will need to get involved...again."

Rai stood frozen at the kitchen counter. How did they know she was here? What will she tell Chris and her friends? "Oh sorry guys, I have to go to Italy now. Because if I don't, I could end up in Prison for LIFE?" She couldn't say that. She couldn't tell them the truth either.
One thing Rai can do is admit that she knew what was at risk 7 months ago. Now she was paying for it.

She hung up the phone, gathered her focus and confidence and then walked to her bedroom to pack. As she retrieved her Louis Vuitton suitcase from her closet, she made a call to her travel agent and confidant.
"Diana? Hey it's me. I need the next flight to Venice ASAP." Rai paused as she listened to her secret sidekick.
"Yeah for just me. But listen, you need to come too. I may need back up."
Another pause.
"Yes, they finally have me where they've wanted me for a while now. But I'm not going down without a fight."

Diana gave Rai the details of the flight and told her that she would meet her at the airport in Venice. Rai hung up and sat on her bed in silence.
