is mispelled my name. its Elika it has an i:)


o an di dont wiegh 175! i wiegh 168! woot!
but still thats a lot.i will write down about my journey in a minute but first rai as the one greates biggest loser once said was that i am here to make something out of myself and i dont have to prove it to anyone! i want to to go sledding yes an to the concert!

well i bet your ALL wondering if i did my workout and i did!!!
i did 50 minutes of cardio workotu!!boo yea!
i wanted to giv up at times but i didnt. i did this to myself and it was time to change. my lil g of a bro was cheering me on but at times he said i wuldntmake it but i did. so for all you peeps wh want to los weight dont give up! you can do it!


BREAKFAST:
portion size french stick with 2 sausge with syrup
a portion orange juice
portion milk

LUNCH:
a sandwhich
handful of grapes
and portion yogurt

DINNER:
at the moment i dont know but i ll tell you all tomrow and i ll make sure its portion size!

SNACK:
i had a candy cane
glass of milk with arroz in it and 1/2 a pb and j BUT i made sure i used little pb and j.

EXCERSIE:
run 2 miles and do the seventeen workout.

o and i have been 2 DAYS OS SOBERITY!
O and i am going to give up junk food...i mean of ourse i ll have a little but only once in a blue mooon. when i go to mcdonalds i will have a happy meal with and orange juice:)
day 2

i ll tell you all guys how i do on my SECOND DAY!
