In these movies there are some amazing people. They are all based on true stories and true events.
I want to be someone who changes lives and inspires others.
If you have not seen any or some of these movies, you must!

I am thinking of doing one or the other..let me know what you think..
1. Temporary Liquid Diet- I'll only drink liquids, but will make sure they are healthy and give me all the vitamins and nutrients my body needs.
2. Body Detox- This would be a formula I would take a couple of times a day to replenish the good bacteria for healthy digestion (according to Jillian)
Basically, I want to just cleanse my body out of bad toxins and begin a new lifestyle =]
I can't start eating more veggies and fruit until I have the feeling of all carbs and salt OUT of my body..it's a mental thing.
But I understand that the liquid diet would be risky, mainly because I would have to SLOWLY introduce food (healthy) back into my life otherwise I could gain weight and/or send my body into shock (potential risk of Atkins Diet Angel)..
But something must be done.
When I say new lifestyle, I'm serious.
I want to have diet that consists of fresh, organic, and healthy foods.
That would eliminate:
-Take out
-Boxed foods
-Junk foods
I can see myself getting by on whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, fresh vegetables, egg whites, fresh fruit, water, fish, tea (with limited sweetness),soy milk, fiber cereal :), shrimp, anddddd homemade smoothies :)
The places I could eat at locally are..
Subway, Organic Oasis, and any place that offers salads =]
It would be a big risk..but I'm willing to take it.
I'm starting to hear my body speak to me (forget my soul, I've already got in touch with my bones! lol), it's telling me that pasta from a bag on the shelf (the kind you boil with just water and VOILA! you have fetticini alfredo), meat, and food from the theater are killing me :( And I'm tired of feeling sick all the time..
Blarghy.
